Cancellation Policy
By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure excellent service, efficient time management, and fair policies for all. Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as payment is received. Clients can then be confident that their bookings are guaranteed and a slot will be reserved for them at a mutually convenient time.* We also offer flexibility in rescheduling if needed, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours notice before the session. Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the prepayment cut-off date are automatically released back into our booking system, allowing us to assist others in need. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed. You will have received our time and our expertise. We have had to adopt a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients, and we will not be able to give a refund in these circumstances. These terms help us manage our schedule effectively and minimise no-shows so we can provide the best service to everyone, within the terms of our business insurance. *We reserve the right to cancel and refund.
