We aim to bring a fresh perspective to spirituality by sharing how working with energies improves your overall well-being, outlook, and health. Promoting transparency and trust, our family venture offers a fresh and new experience of the spiritual world.
We offer a range of healing and spiritual therapies designed to support issues with energy levels, physical ailments, mood, well-being, and more — along with psychic readings and mediumship to deliver heartfelt messages and guidance from spirit. Clients have reported coming away from us feeling lighter, uplifted, and with a renewed sense of purpose.
If you've been suffering from emotional issues, such as stress and anxiety, or persistent aches or pains, which conventional methods didn't improve, or if you simply feel as though you need more balance in your life, we aim to help. If you’ve experienced grief or bereavement, we offer a compassionate space to support you in finding comfort and connection.
Our name The Healing Tree Glos is inspired by our own family tree. This is a family-led venture where we use our gifts and talents to complement each other, and importantly, to give you the best experience and treatment possible.
Faye has twenty years’ experience in mediumship and healing therapies, and is now an international medium. A natural medium, she delivers messages from spirit with compassion, accuracy, and love. Though she sensed her abilities from childhood, it was through exploring spirituality as an adult that she fully understood and embraced her gift.
Her husband Robin is an experienced international medium and tarot reader. He prides himself on giving messages of love from spirit with accuracy, respect, empathy, and integrity, and is deeply humbled that spirit has chosen him to be their messenger.
The adult children in the family have nurtured their spiritual talents since childhood, naturally discovering their healing and psychic gifts. While they were actively involved in developing the family business, they have since taken on more administrative roles.
Our passion is to help people discover how to get the most out of life, and to ultimately feel happy, healthy, balanced, and fulfilled. We do this by working with the energies of the mind, body, and soul as one.

Clients accept that healing is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique intended for stress reduction and relaxation,
and that we do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe medication, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.
Readings under UK law are deemed to be for entertainment only.
Clients' personal data is for our records to comply with our business insurance terms, and will not otherwise be shared with or sold to any third party, in accordance with current GDPR law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure excellent service, efficient time management, and fair policies for all. These terms help us manage our schedule effectively in line with our business insurance,
and minimise no-shows so we can provide the best service to everyone.
Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as payment is received,
ensuring clients can be confident their slot is guaranteed at a mutually convenient time.*
We also offer flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session.
For Parties & Occasions, a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the event is required. Should the client need to change the Parties & Occasions venue, the cost may be subject to variation.
Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the prepayment cut-off date are automatically released
back into our booking system, allowing us to assist other clients in need.
To ensure fairness, we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed,
as you will have received our time and our expertise.
Please note that we have adopted a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients,
and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.
*We reserve the right to cancel bookings and refund at our discretion.​​​
